<p>It is with sadness that we have to report the death of Mr Syd Marshall who had been the President of Boston Model Aero Club for the past 35 years and was one of the founder members in 1948.</p>
<p>Syd served in the RAF as a flight engineer and flew 36 operations with Bomber Command most of them in Lancaster.</p>
<p>He was a volunteer at the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, located at RAF Coningsby.</p>
<p>He will be sadly missed by everyone.</p>
